The first one. I tend to not like covers with people on them as much. I don't know, I kind of like to visualize characters in my own mind first. Which is why I don't like to see movies before I read the book- not just because the movie ruins the book most of the times. It's just that once you assign a face to a character in a book cover or movie, that's the one you see.
Oh dear, I like both covers really. I have mostly just seen the first cover, but the second one is intriguing. Kinda draws you in. However, the first one has a mysteries feeling. So, I like the first one better :)
